Types of Coaching Sessions
Deep Transformational Coaching
In these sessions, we begin by taking several moments to quiet ourselves and connect to our awareness in the present moment. From here we explore the issues that are arising for you, and you will be invited to identify a focus. As you deepen into the awareness of your inner experience, you may notice that new insights are emerging or that your perception of something is shifting. You may decide that you want to explore ways to integrate these insights into your everyday life.
Life Coaching
Not all coaching sessions are “Deep Transformational Coaching” sessions. It may take practice to shift from the bouncing activity of the mind to the quiet space of the heart. You may prefer to set a practical goal. You may prefer to talk about a topic in a more traditional discussion format. Our session is your time to focus on your concerns and I am willing to accommodate your needs.
